Adding SDI Extender transmitter and receiver in both side of coaxial cable, distance can reach up to 350M. With 3 SDI extenders (adding one between both sides), the distance might get up to 700-800M. 

For distances that go over 1 km, it is recommended the use of  fiber together with fiber converter in both sides.
